The Octopus replaces your factory base grip. Your usual overgrip goes on top.

Octopus undergrip fit and installation in 6 steps

Strip the handle. Remove the old grip and clean the handle down to the bare surface.
Tape the handle. Apply double-sided tape along the handle.
Spray the handle. Spray 3 times on each side of the handle and once on the top.
Spray the grip. Spray inside the grip from both ends.
Roll to spread. Gently squeeze and roll the grip between your fingers to spread the spray over the entire inner surface.
Fit and dry. Slide the grip onto the handle, adjust its position, then leave it to dry for 12–24 hours before play.
Wrap your usual overgrip on top and you are ready to play.
